Founded by the late Waverly F. Akins in the 1960’s in the small town of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, our firm strives to bring Mr. Akins’ personalized and focused approach to each of our clients and their legal challenges. Today, we continue our commitment to his legacy of excellence in practice and strength in leadership.
