Kristen Atkins Lee

Kristen Atkins Lee joined the firm in 2007.

Ms. Lee’s experiences includes litigation and appellate work representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state forums. She handles commercial transactions including asset acquisitions and sales, negotiating and drafting contracts, business entity formation and real property development. She has served as trial and arbitration counsel in numerous cases in North Carolina and in jurisdictions outside of North Carolina including Virginia and South Carolina.

Ms. Lee received her J.D. cum laude from Campbell University and her B.A. magna cum laude from East Carolina University.
